Trees are not only beautiful but also important to our wellbeing and to the survival of our planet Earth! The song was composed in the woods and should be sung in the woods. This sung photosynthesis can also be used in the MFL classroom and in the music lesson. Section C can be sung as a call/ response chant. Voice 3 carries the main melody and can be learnt by all at first. The structure of the song is A-B-C-D--2x & C The song starts in unison and branches out into more harmonies (like a tree).

This song is also available in German under the title "Rodet nicht die Wälder!"
